Health Insurance Administration, Inc.(HIA) is a full service insurance and employee benefit consulting firm with many areas of expertise.  Since 1977, HIA has been guiding individuals and employers through the complex task of choosing the appropriate coverages at an affordable cost.

M. Daley Hill is the founder of HIA.  Mr. Hill received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration.  In addition, Mr. Hill has achieved the Certified Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Licensed Insurance Counselor designations, assisting in making him an expert in the insurance industry.
